Hey, the fall colors are amazing this year!!

For the past couple of weekends, my wife and I have driven through Woodstock on my way to the Rutland – Carving Studio and Sculpture Center.  Last weekend we ventured up there to deliver two of my pieces to the gallery on Marble St. and Friday night was the opening.

The vistas on the drive up were well worth the trips themselves, but last night was great for me.

We arrived a few minutes late from our three plus hour trip to find a small crowd gathered around my other new creation – Pirouette.

This is my second New England Sculpture Association (NESA) sponsored exhibit and I really enjoyed all of the attention.  It gave me a renewed sense of determination to get back to work on several new ideas. I am really enjoying the opportunity to meet with other artists and continue to build my East coast network.
