North Shore & The Brush

I’ve definitely been getting enough windshield time the past few days.  Prior to installing three pieces into the Powers gallery (previous post), I delivered my jury selection to the Brush gallery in Lowell.

It is a landscape piece called Corset that I made during a trip to NYC at the beginning of the year.  I’m particularly proud of the exposed double pin mounting which makes the Picasso marble appear to float above base made of a block of aluminum.

The day after my second Powers visit to drop off a pedestal, I drove up to Newburyport to get some of my work back into the Walsingham gallery.

I’m just finishing up a small piece of Honeycomb Calcite that may end up somewhere in downtown Boston (Newbury St. perhaps?).  More to come on that one…

At any rate, if you have some time this Saturday PM, stop by the Brush gallery.
